The compact and portable load banks in the GINO LOAD COMPACT 100 series are designed for outputs of up to 100 kW. The resistors have a carrying handle on the upper side of the housing. Due to the low weight of approx. 30 kg, the resistor can be easily transported between different locations within a plant. Thanks to its compact dimensions (565 x 308 x 718 mm), it fits through any standard door and can also be easily transported by car to different locations or areas of use. A robust transport box is also available as an accessory for safe and easy transportation.
It is operated using simple toggle switches. These switches (2 kW increments) are used to switch on the power up to 100 kW. Current, voltage and power are measured in three phases and shown on the multifunction display.
As with the 300 kW load bank, the load is connected as standard using a plug-in system. This ensures a quick and safe connection to the load bank. It should also be mentioned here that the operator does not need any tools to connect the load cable. It is also possible to obtain ready-made connection cables in various lengths.
The mobile load banks in the GINO LOAD COMPACT 300 series are designed for outputs of up to 300 kW. The resistors have a mobile frame equipped with transport rollers. This means that the resistor can be easily transported between locations within a plant. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it fits through any standard door. The load resistor can also be easily and quickly lifted onto a car trailer using additional eyebolts, allowing it to be easily transported to the site of use over longer distances.
Several resistors can be connected to each other on the control side via attached plugs/sockets in the shortest possible time and without tools. Operation is user-friendly via a touch panel. By networking several load banks, the power range of a system can be quickly and easily doubled or even tripled. Theoretically, power ranges up to the MW range are possible thanks to these links.
The load bank is operated either via the touch panel directly on the resistance device or remotely via the panel. Optional cable extensions in various lengths are available for this purpose. The power can be preselected in 1 kW increments and transferred to the test object via load transfer. The set power and error messages are shown on the display.
The load connection is made using a plug-in system as standard. This ensures a quick and safe connection to the load bank. It should also be mentioned here that the operator does not need any tools to connect the load cable. It is also possible to obtain ready-made connection cables in various lengths.
